Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot advanced infrastructure-related issues that require deep technical expertise
• Manage incidents and collaborate with technical teams to deliver fast, effective solutions
• Provide hands-on support for hardware issues, manage workstation moves, and assist with software migrations and application deployment
• Participate in office expansion projects, using automation to drive operational efficiency
• Contribute to the automation of routine tasks, enhancing the firm’s operational productivity

Key Requirements:


• 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or desktop support
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong experience in either Windows or Linux environments
• A passion for technology, demonstrated through personal projects or tech hobbies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges with ease
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
