We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior End User Support Engineer. This position, vital to our esteemed client, a leader in financial markets, involves providing exceptional, white-glove assistance and support for their sophisticated global trading systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless access and premium support across these advanced platforms, enhancing the trading experience for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premium support to executives, leadership and end users
  • Troubleshoot issues across desktops, telephony, collaboration tools
  • Support virtual infrastructure, VDI, mobile device management
  • Drive end-of-life projects meeting strict timelines
  • Support SSO/MFA integrations, identity and access platforms
  • Create automation for recurring issues leveraging PowerShell, VBScript
  • Certify new hardware/software deployments through testing
  • Analyse trends and create health/usage reports
  • Document resolutions in knowledge base articles

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years supporting end user infrastructure
  • Understanding of networking concepts like DHCP, DNS
  • Experience supporting financial markets systems
  • Knowledge of service management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
