Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and data mapping to categorise activities under GDPR
  • Assist with implementing ISO 27001 controls around access management, encryption, and asset management
  • Perform third-party risk assessments analysing vendor security posture and data handling practices
  • Develop risk registers and compliance heat maps tracking maturity of controls across business units
  • Execute technical security assessments identifying issues like information leakage, invalid certificates, and misconfigurations
  • Create polished risk reports and compliance documents for both technical and leadership audiences

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing technical GDPR and privacy programs end-to-end
  • Expertise across GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 with ability to interpret regulations
  • Proven experience remediating compliance gaps across complex global organisations
  • Certification such as CIPP/E, CISSP demonstrating privacy and security competencies
  • Self-motivated with the credibility and communication skills to influence leadership
  • Strong technical security assessment skills utilising scans, threat models, audits
