Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert end-user support to employees in the London office
• Deploy and support trading applications critical to the firm's operations
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance and develop the end-user experience
• Manage user provisioning and hardware deployment across the office
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions
• Support and optimise conference room technologies for seamless operations
• Automate tasks to streamline end-user infrastructure and reduce manual intervention

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in supporting applications and users across Windows, Unix, and MacOS
• Proven experience in deploying and supporting trading applications
• Familiarity with working on a trade floor or directly with traders
• Passion for technology and a self-motivated, proactive approach
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver results under pressure
• Experience with scripting or low-level programming to automate tasks and processes
• Knowledge of PowerShell for scripting and automation
• (Preferred) Previous experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
