Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across systems and processes
• Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and best practices
• Conduct threat modelling, vulnerability management, and technical risk assessments
• Assist with compliance audits and ensure adherence to security frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Contribute to incident reporting, helping contain and resolve security events while documenting findings and lessons learned
• Play a key role in security awareness initiatives, supporting training sessions and developing materials to foster a security-conscious culture
• Maintain accurate security documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders

What You Bring...

• 2-4 years of experience in information security, ideally in a second role
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security frameworks
• Exposure to audits and compliance processes, particularly SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Familiarity with network security principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security tools such as SIEM and vulnerability scanners
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• (Preferred) Experience with cloud security principles in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
