Our client, a global technology-driven firm, is looking for a Senior AV Engineer to oversee event support, operational maintenance, and AV design projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AV design and project management, from proof-of-concept trials to full-scale deployments across new office expansions
  • Work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and UC teams to enhance system functionality and automation
  • Ensure optimal system performance, integrating automation where possible and refining AV workflows
  • Oversee AV operations and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth running of meeting rooms, live event spaces, IPTV/digital signage, and media suites
  • Provide hands-on event support, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring flawless execution of live and virtual events
  • Develop technical scopes, manage project timelines, and collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all AV-related technologies, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams


What You Bring...

  • 8+ years of experience in AV engineering, covering project delivery, operations, and technical support
  • Proven expertise with Crestron, NDI, Dante, Cisco Video Conferencing, Shure, and QSC technologies
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, subnetting, and routing principles
  • Experience designing, supporting, and maintaining AV-heavy spaces, such as meeting rooms, auditoriums, and event spaces
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for real-time event production and hands-on technical support
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, including Zoom, Webex, and other video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, balancing event support, system maintenance, and project execution
  • Willingness to travel to support other office locations as needed
