Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and enhance macOS device management solutions using MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf Pro, or Workspace One
• Automate macOS configuration, provisioning, and policy enforcement using PowerShell, Python, or Bash/Zsh scripting
• Implement and maintain security policies and compliance measures, leveraging Apple Business Manager and macOS security best practices
• Oversee software distribution, update management, and patching strategies to maintain system integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve macOS performance, network, and application issues, collaborating globally across IT and infrastructure teams
• Ensure seamless integration of macOS within a mixed-platform environment, supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and corporate IAM solutions
• Provide expertise in cross-platform environments, assisting with Windows and Android where necessary

What You Bring...

• 4+ years of experience managing macOS environments in a large-scale enterprise setting (preferably financial services, legal, or other regulated industries)
• Extensive experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace One) for managing macOS fleets
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash/Zsh to streamline deployments and policy application
• Expertise in macOS security architecture, compliance, and software distribution
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and its integration within corporate infrastructures
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory) and their impact on macOS connectivity
• (Preferred) Exposure to Windows and Android device management in enterprise environments
