Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and optimise MDM solutions for a fleet of iOS and Android devices using Jamf Pro, Workspace One, or Intune
• Develop and enhance automation scripts in PowerShell and Python to streamline device provisioning, updates, and compliance
• Manage the full Apple device lifecycle using Apple Business Manager, ensuring seamless enrolment and policy enforcement
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues across iOS and Android, collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams globally
• Define and implement security policies for corporate and BYOD devices, aligning with best practices for identity, encryption, and access control
• Lead MDM design and strategy to improve performance, scalability, and automation across the business
• Integrate mobility solutions with identity management, security, and enterprise applications to enhance operational efficiency

What You Bring...

• 6+ years of experience managing MDM/UEM solutions for large-scale enterprise environments (1,000+ users)
• Expertise in Jamf Pro, Workspace One, or Intune for Apple iOS and Android device management
• Strong automation and scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
• Experience managing Apple device enrolment and lifecycle through Apple Business Manager
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve MDM, network, and security-related issues
• (Preferred) Background in large-scale financial, legal, or other highly regulated industries
