Our client, a global financial firm, is looking for an IT Security Engineer to play a key role in securing critical infrastructure, enhancing security controls, and automating processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage security controls across Windows and macOS platforms, ensuring protection against evolving threats
  • Lead vulnerability management efforts, proactively identifying and mitigating security risks
  • Enhance IAM security, refining access controls, authentication mechanisms, and identity governance frameworks
  • Support security incident response, assisting IT teams with investigations and remediation efforts
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to streamline security operations
  • Conduct security risk assessments, collaborating with IT teams to ensure compliance with security best practices
  • Act as a key liaison between IT Security and Windows teams, translating security needs into technical solutions
  • Maintain security policies, operational playbooks, and documentation to drive consistency across global teams


What You Bring...

  • 3+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong foundation in Windows environments
  • Proven ability to deploy and manage endpoint security controls, including anti-malware, EDR, application control, firewalls, and encryption
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and security tooling
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, including access controls, authentication security, and identity governance
  • Understanding of Windows attack vectors and protective security mechanisms
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and risk assessment methodologies
  • (Preferred) Experience with macOS and mobile device security
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
