Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive global physical security strategy to support the firm’s evolving footprint and operational requirements
  • Oversee and enhance access control, surveillance infrastructure, and building security protocols across office locations in the US, UK/EU, and APAC
  • Partner with internal stakeholders - including facilities, design & construction, information security, and events teams - to embed security best practices into new initiatives and ongoing operations
  • Lead firmwide response coordination for physical security incidents, from investigation through mitigation and post-event improvement
  • Define and maintain firm policies and standards for travel security, event risk planning, visitor management, and on-site safety protocols
  • Build and manage relationships with external security vendors and building security teams to ensure high performance and consistent policy alignment
  • Design and maintain incident tracking systems, reporting dashboards, and KPIs to ensure visibility and accountability for senior leadership
  • Provide clear, high-impact communication to business units and executives, guiding strategic decisions with relevant data and insights


What You Bring...

  • 8+ years’ experience in corporate or physical security leadership roles, ideally within high-trust environments such as financial services or critical infrastructure
  • Expertise in managing access control systems, surveillance technology, and security risk operations (travel, events, site security, vendor oversight)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing cross-functional risk programs with global scope
  • Proven success in building scalable protocols and operationalising security strategies within complex organisations
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at C-suite level through risk metrics and qualitative insight
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with sound judgement, discretion, and resilience under pressure
