Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global enterprise operations strategy that spans real estate, facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, and security
- Lead a diverse group of internal teams and third-party providers, ensuring a seamless and high-performing workplace experience across global office locations
- Drive cost efficiency and operational discipline through rigorous process improvement, vendor accountability, and data-driven decision making
- Own the strategic planning and execution of office design, space utilisation, and employee services - combining form, function, and firm culture
- Develop scalable processes that uphold service quality while enabling innovation, collaboration, and resilience across critical operations
- Represent enterprise operations at executive level - influencing cross-firm initiatives and ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader commercial strategy
- Maintain strict financial and operational oversight, with an ability to pivot from high-level planning to on-the-ground delivery when needed
What You’ll Bring...
- 9+ years’ experience leading large-scale operations in high-performance environments - ideally spanning real estate, facilities, vendor management, or general operations
- A proven track record managing sizeable global teams (100+), across both internal staff and external partners, with strong governance and delivery frameworks
- Strategic insight coupled with operational depth - able to oversee complex, multimillion-dollar functions while paying close attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - capable of navigating senior executive discussions as well as managing staff across multiple functions
- A people-first mindset with empathy, accountability, and an instinct for anticipating operational needs before they arise
- Commercial acumen gained from senior roles in finance, operations, or enterprise management within similarly exacting firms
- (Preferred) Background in financial services, hedge funds, or similarly demanding professional environments
