As the Project Manager, you'll take charge of orchestrating and delivering groundbreaking solutions for end-user setup, asset management, and collaboration and telephony infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate business and technical requirements to external vendors
- Monitor project timelines and technical resources, providing support as needed
- Prepare, arrange, organise and coordinate project plans for technology rollouts (including roadmapping)
- Provide high-quality written and verbal project-related communications
- Understand how communication platforms are utilised throughout the firm to manage expectations and propose solutions
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing technical projects
- Comfortable using project management planning tools (e.g., Jira, Google Workspace, Trello)
- Knowledgeable about collaboration suites like Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex
- Able to comprehend the major fundamentals of a project to understand how your role fits into the bigger picture
- Able to describe detailed problems with brevity and accuracy
- Works autonomously and handles competing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Able to work evenings and weekends, when required
