We are on the lookout for a skilled eCrypto Relationship Manager to enhance and optimise an electronic crypto trading platform for a prestigious global cryptoasset firm. In this role, you will be the driving force behind system improvements, managing pivotal relationships, and delivering exceptional support. This position presents a unique opportunity to influence the future of electronic crypto trading by refining platforms and nurturing essential partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the eCrypto product expert managing electronic trading platforms
• Cultivate and manage key institutional eCrypto trading relationships
• Assist counterparties in integrating with our trading systems
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide frontline support
• Design analytics to optimise electronic trading flows
• Create systematic reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers to continuously improve the eCrypto offering
• Source new eCrypto relationships and cross-sell services
• Travel to facilitate in-person meetings as needed

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in electronic/algorithmic trading sales or brokerage
• 2+ years directly managing institutional relationships
• Expertise in electronic connectivity like FIX and WebSocket
• Deep understanding of institutional electronic trading systems
• Experience designing trading analytics and reporting tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proven project leadership abilities
