Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage IT automation including authentication, authorisation workflows, and SaaS application integration
- Develop complete employee lifecycle automation leveraging APIs, scripting, and no-code/low-code platforms
- Utilise Jira automation and no-code/low-code platforms to automate IT support ticket resolutions
- Reconcile, consolidate, and replicate directory services and security groups for a seamless user log on and permissioning experience
- Provide technical and operational support for automations
- Collaborate with Information Security to implement identity and access management vision
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in automating various IT operations processes
- Proficiency in Python
- Extensive working knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and IdPs
- Expert knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OIDC authentication and authorisation methods, and SCIM, JIT provisioning methods
- Substantial awareness of security, data governance, change management, and other risk-related philosophies
- Familiarity with a variety of SaaS platforms, including Workday, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Active Directory, Zoom, and Slack
- (Desired) Experience with Workday and Okta integration, OpenLDAP experience, and strong Linux experience
