Job Description

[c. $200-300k Comp Package, Flexible Working Options (Long-Term)]

We are seeking a diligent Enterprise Operations Engineer to join a leading global market maker and collaborate with top professionals across markets while efficiently empowering teams and initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for business users, optimise workflows, manage core collaboration tools, automate processes, and deliver solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and technical challenges to improve experiences
• Lead change, incident, and problem management for enterprise applications
• Administer, support, and enhance collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence
• Assist business units in managing their operational applications
• Automate processes through scripting and programming
• Perform due diligence and onboarding of new third-party solutions
• Manage projects from planning through to successful delivery

Key Requirements:

• Background in software support, application administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Workday, Greenhouse or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and data skills
• Pragmatic thinker with a user-focused, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users
• Passion for finding simple solutions and enabling stakeholders
