This role is for a Desktop Support Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, solving problems before they arise. You'll partner with talented trading teams at a leading global financial firm, optimising their experience through intuitive systems access. Your expertise will be the invisible thread keeping everything running smoothly, allowing traders to focus on what they do best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional 1st/2nd line support for local and remote users
  • Troubleshoot iOS, mobile devices, video conferencing, and more
  • Handle new hire onboarding, off-boarding, hardware, permissions
  • Image workstations and laptops with SCCM
  • Support Cisco VOIP, CUCM, and telephony services
  • Provide VIP support to executives and leadership

Key Requirements:

  • c. 3+ years desktop support experience in finance/banking
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Expertise with Active Directory, Windows 10, O365, Citrix, Azure AD, Intune
  • Experience assisting high net worth individuals
  • Exposure to Bloomberg, Mimecast, and collaboration tools
