Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate firewall policies against security standards and business requirements
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities
• Establish and enforce firewall policies by interacting with stakeholders
• Analyse packet captures and audit logs to troubleshoot issues
• Work with the Network Engineering team on DMZ designs and deployments
• Contribute to support tasks and continuously improve the team's abilities

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls
• Thorough knowledge of network security principles, security systems, and associated technologies (e.g., TCP, ARP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS)
• Skilled in designing DMZ networks
• Familiarity with Cryptography and its applications
• Driven to automate workflows for improved efficiency
• Capable of effectively managing workload and adapting to different contexts
• Flexible and dependable team player who excels in collaborative environments
• (Desired) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ansible, and Golang
