We are seeking a diligent Senior Low Latency Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading global trading firm. You will optimise and troubleshoot ultra-low latency systems enabling sophisticated trading strategies across world markets. Within this opportunity, you'll gain hands-on low latency expertise with a proven industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• About 30% of your time will be spent performing advanced troubleshooting across the application stack, server hardware and networks
• Analyse and improve system performance and reliability
• Expand monitoring and alerting for availability and tuning
• Automate administration, deployments and upgrade processes
• Recommend enhancements for scalability and complexity reduction
• Contribute to colocation planning
• Participate in adopting advanced networking techniques and ensure optimal exchange connectivity

Key Requirements:

• Extensive (7+ years) experience with high performance low latency ecosystems
• Expertise in Linux optimisation, network design or analysis, timing infrastructure
• Knowledge of networks, protocols, Linux, and colocation environments
• Python automation and programming abilities
• Trading systems support experience interacting with major exchanges
• Monitoring and alerting skills for performance and availability
