Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new initiatives and ensure a seamless trading experience
• Handle order flow, market alerts, and outages to support trading activities
• Interface with exchanges and external parties for efficient trading operations
• Identify areas for platform improvement and contribute to performance enhancement

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics)
• 3+ years experience working in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems
• Ability to identify areas for platform improvement in a complex technical environment & employ automation practices
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills, work well under high-pressure scenarios
• Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Bash)
• Strong interest in crypto — you follow the digital assets space in your spare time
• Overall interest in the market structure and trading space
