Embark on a career with a major player in EMEA and US markets, where your technical expertise intersects with the dynamic world of trading. As a pivotal team member, you'll play a crucial role in supporting traders, resolving system issues, and maintaining essential trading components across Windows & Linux platforms. Your contributions will include developing tools to enhance monitoring capabilities, highlighting your significant impact on improving and securing trading operations.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all trading components are fully operational before the commencement of each trading day
• Develop and implement tools for continuous monitoring of the trading environment
• Provide maintenance and support for static databases and their associated processes, including troubleshooting
• Offer support during evenings and weekends through remote access, ensuring seamless trading operations

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role
• A minimum of 3 years of scripting experience with Bash, Command Dos, PowerShell, or Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and business analytics acumen
• An ownership mentality with a commitment to resolving issues
• Expertise in Windows desktop and server administration
• High-level experience with Linux OS
• Proficiency in relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Postgres
• (Desired) Experience in managing expectations of front office traders and senior management
• (Desired) Knowledge of various asset classes like Equities, Futures, Commodities, and FX
