We’re looking for experienced technology recruiters to help deliver into our ever-growing portfolio of hedge funds, investments banks, and other fintech clients worldwide. You must be a delivery-focused individual who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently. You’ll be walking straight into a warm desk with minimal need for active business development.
- You will have a proven track record of delivering technologists into any of: infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, software engineering, and application development.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers/clients alike.
- You need to be able to manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. This includes qualifying business with line-managers; sourcing candidates by any-and-all necessary means; presenting qualified candidate shortlists; and managing candidates’ interview experiences through to offer-stage and post-placement support.
- Being a confident and skilled communicator is essential as you’ll be working with people from entry-levels right up to executives and business decision makers, you must be able to build lasting, personal relationships.
- You will be self-driven. Joining a group of very high-achievers, you need the drive to reach and exceed the levels of the current team.
