Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on desktop, application and systems support for users across the London office
- Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of trading and business-critical applications
- Partner with global technology teams to improve user workflows, platform reliability and service quality
- Manage user onboarding, access setup, device provisioning and hardware lifecycle activity
- Assess new workplace, endpoint, collaboration and productivity technologies
- Support meeting room, AV and office technology used across the business
- Create scripts and automation to remove repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring…
- 3+ years’ experience in desktop systems, EUC, technical support or workplace technology engineering
- Strong hands-on support experience across Windows, macOS and Unix/Linux environments
- Experience supporting trading applications, front-office users or financial markets technology
- Working knowledge of user provisioning, hardware deployment and endpoint support
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and calmly in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
- Active Directory, Windows Server, SCCM, MECM or Intune experience
- Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage small projects independently
- (Preferred) Previous experience supporting traders, trading floors or investment technology users
- (Preferred) Exposure to Bloomberg, market data tools, OMS/EMS platforms or similar trading systems
