Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a robust, scalable storage infrastructure that prioritises performance and reliability
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of storage systems into HPC environments
• Forecast future storage needs and build long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging technologies and business growth
• Research and adopt innovative storage technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and resilience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across storage, network, and operating systems
• Ensure compatibility and stability of storage systems with existing HPC clusters, hardware, and software stacks
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to internal teams, overseeing the successful delivery of storage initiatives
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide expert-level support during critical incidents

What You Bring...

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale storage infrastructures in HPC environments
• Expertise with distributed file systems such as Lustre, GPFS, WEKA, S3, or CEPH
• Demonstrated leadership experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong awareness of current and emerging trends in the storage industry
• Proven track record in designing and deploying advanced storage systems
• Solid understanding of server architecture, hardware performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Python and UNIX/Linux shell scripting
• (Preferred) Prior exposure to financial services or high-frequency trading environments
