Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered applications and agent-based systems aligned to complex internal use cases
- Work directly with stakeholders to translate business problems into practical AI solutions
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to production deployment
- Rapidly prototype using emerging models and tooling, iterating based on feedback and performance
- Develop reusable agent frameworks, components, and supporting infrastructure
- Build and maintain shared AI services, including retrieval systems and integration layers
- Drive best practices around AI development, scalability, and system design
- Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, ensuring performance and reliability
- Contribute to long-term AI capability development and internal adoption strategy
What You’ll Bring…
- 4-8 years’ experience in software engineering, with meaningful exposure to applied AI or machine learning systems
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications in production environments
- Practical familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks, or applied AI tooling
- Exposure to distributed systems or scalable platform engineering
- Strong understanding of modern AI system design and integration patterns
- Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, from prototyping through to scalable deployment
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or similar languages used in backend and AI development
- Ability to work in fast-paced, problem-led environments with direct user interaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability across complex systems
- (Preferred) Experience building agentic systems, orchestration layers, or retrieval-augmented systems (RAG)
- (Preferred) Background in quantitative, data-intensive, or high-performance environments
