Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration across IAM and PAM platforms, including access changes, identity records, privileged accounts and associated workflows
- Perform identity and privileged-access governance and hygiene activities, with particular focus on service accounts and other non-human identities
- Monitor access controls and account populations to identify excessive access, orphaned identities, control gaps and policy exceptions requiring remediation
- Support privileged-account lifecycle, credential-management, recertification and access-governance processes across the organisation
- Partner with application, engineering and platform teams to map, maintain and improve access models within the firm’s Identity Governance and Administration environment
- Coordinate remediation and control activities with technical owners, security teams and other stakeholders, tracking actions and evidence through to completion
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation covering access decisions, IAM/PAM processes, remediation activity and supporting control evidence
- Use approved AI, LLM and automation tooling to streamline repeatable administration, documentation, reporting and remediation workflows
What You’ll Bring…
- Around 3-6 years of experience across IAM, PAM, identity administration, information security or a closely related technology discipline
- Practical experience working with identity and privileged-access processes and tooling within an enterprise technology environment
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, privileged access, service accounts, access reviews and common IAM/PAM control requirements
- Experience supporting access administration, governance, remediation or control-improvement activities involving multiple technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and explain identity requirements effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through, combined with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems, processes and technologies quickly
- (Preferred) Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk or comparable IGA/PAM platforms, alongside Active Directory or similar enterprise identity technologies
- (Preferred) Practical experience using AI or LLM tooling to improve administrative, documentation, reporting or operational workflows
