[Up to c. €225k Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus | Office-Led Working]
Role Overview
We’re representing an international financial technology business operating electronic markets used by major institutional investors, banks and trading organisations. Its European operations sit within a highly regulated environment where technology resilience, governance and effective risk oversight are closely connected.
The organisation is appointing a Director to take regional ownership of second-line Enterprise Risk Management across its EU and UK businesses. Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the Global Head of ERM in the US, this person will provide senior oversight across the regional risk landscape while acting as a key interface between local leadership, global risk teams and European regulators. The position combines regulatory judgement with practical enterprise and operational risk leadership. The successful individual will need to understand how technology, cyber security, third-party dependencies, resilience and regulatory change translate into material business risk, while providing credible independent challenge at senior-management and board level...
